About Us

Ten years of building things properly

Malli Construction LLC is a Philadelphia-based general contractor. We've spent the last decade on job sites across the city — building, renovating, and fixing things right the first time.

Our Story

Started local, still local

Malli Construction LLC has been serving Philadelphia and the surrounding area for 10 years. We started as a small crew taking on repairs and small renovations, and grew into a full general contracting company — without losing the part of the business that got us here: showing up, doing quality work, and treating every job like it matters, no matter the size.

Today we handle everything from full residential builds and commercial build-outs to the small jobs that a lot of contractors turn away. If it needs to be built, repaired, or renovated, our crew can take it on.

What you can expect from our crew

Quality

Work that holds up

We build to last, not just to pass a walkthrough. Materials, methods, and finishing all get the same attention.

Honesty

Straight answers, real timelines

You'll know the cost and the schedule up front, and we'll tell you the truth if something changes along the way.

Access

Happy to do small jobs

A single repair or a small renovation gets the same care as a full build. No job is too small to do properly.
